So What Did I Do?

In July I was suffering, I had so many painful nodes. Life had changed a lot and I know what effects stress can have on the body but I've had many more stressful times prior, so why this now? I still don't have answers to why the pain, why the tongue was so sore and swollen, why I was reacting to so many things so often.
So what did I do after I was doing everything? I started thinking about what it was to be resilient, totally reframing how I'd been feeling. All the posts I'd read, all of the advise and research I'd embarked on was making it all too complicated. So many people with so many symptoms that were really limiting their ability to thrive. Supplements that work for some where causing problems for others, there really was no one way to do anything. So I stopped. The only thing I took for a 3 weeks was a DAO enzyme and that did seem to be where things changed, that and the reframing of 'resilience'. My body had just been overreacting as It thought it was under attack, It just needed calming and assuring there really was nothing wrong with it. I made sure I was hydrated and just started eating all the things I'd cut out. The only other thing I did was go back to doing Dr Perry Nickelstone's 'Big 6' routine. I started doing this @8 years ago but had let it fall away over time. This routine is only a couple of minutes long and gets your lymph flowing for the day. I knew by

breast area had tender nodes but I hadn't realised how tender the ones around my groin were. With lymph nodes if you have a block somewhere you have a block everywhere. I believe that this was the game changer for me, pain and swelling have gone. The thing is I always start doing this routine with every lymphatic massage client I have, but I had neglected my own system. You can find the routine on youtube and lots of other incredible advise from Dr Perry on the Stop Chasing Pain channel.
