A1M

I've never really deviated from the A1M corridor as a residency, other than a short spell in Teignmouth in my teens. However, I now find myself way up in THE NORTH. Always looks like a warning as I head up the M1 to the M6 and finally home, Alty. Why did I end up here? Love, plain and simple. 

It's been over a decade now that I’ve been a Massage Therapist and still thoroughly love my work, always learning. None of my treatments are my favourite, I love them all. There is a great joy in helping people post surgery with lymphatic drainage massage and scar massage, they are both so powerful and very much needed for recovery. Both so gentle and move perfectly from one modality to the other, the perfect pairing.

Over the years I’ve had other websites, multiple instagram accounts, the struggle I have with balance with these mediums often keeps me very low key. But I've made a little promise to myself to keep a little more active on screen. 

Workwise I'm looking to do some mobile work in and around Altrincham, so please contact me for further info or just a chat about treatments. Once a month I'm back in North Herts doing some clinic days at 2 different venues,generally these are full but it's always worth asking. I do have a background in fitness too, from CrossFit coach to PT, with weightlifting coach in between. I don't coach currently, that's my choice, but I do have a lot of experience with movement.
